How do i track my order?

        When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a link to shipping and tracking information. Items may be arriving in separate packages, but we’ll email you each time one ships. We’ll also notify you of any delays if an issue arises with your order.

Can i change or cancel my order bofore it ships?

         The window of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it is small, so we can’t guarantee we can change or cancel your order before it is in process. Is there any additional fee beyond purchase?

      Normally, our customers would not be charged any tariffs. However, because of increasingly strict customs inspection, it happens sometimes. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

What shipping providers do you offer?

Under Armour is partnered with Federal Express, including SmartPost. SmartPost is a service that’s first initiated by FedEx, but the final delivery is the responsibility of your local US Postal Service. Ultimately, your shipping carrier is based on your location. This guarantees your gear arrives when you expect it.

Can i ship internationally?

       Yes, Under Armour is a global company and we continue to expand our online store around the world. y. For some countries, we have partnered with Borderfree to better serve you. If you don’t see your country listed, keep checking back, we’re expanding fast!

All shipping, duty fees, and VAT charges, as well as shipping timeframes will be reflected during checkout.

How long does it take to receive my Order?

      We generally expect orders to take no longer than 5-8 weeks, depending on the model. You will receive an estimated delivery time when you place your order, and we’ll send you updates during the manufacturing process.

How will i know when my orders has shipped?

      You’ll receive an email with a link to shipping and tracking information once your UA Icon ships. You’ll also be able to access the shipping and tracking information from your email at any time.

How to change/modify billing address?

      If you paid already, then no need to change the billing address, as we’ll just ship the order to the shipping address that you left on our site.You can also contact us by email.

Alien-sport Customer HelpPayment&Pices Search printing costs for customized products by me?

       In alien-sport Create-Your-Own Area,there is a standard printing fee in place for any one print area. Within your chosen print area, you can place as many designs and as much text as you like for no extra cost. In addition to our standard printing fee, a design cost may apply. This price is set by the designer and is their compensation for uploading their design. Depending on what the designer has set as a charge, it may range from $0 to $15 per design. The design price will be shown in the Design Tool.
